    If you receive a package and something is broken. Please contact BakeitBest@gmail.com and tell us what is wrong, with product name and number and we will help you deal with it.


    A claim for lost shipment and arrives soon after?

    Notify BakeitBest @gmail.com as soon as possiable so we can stop the claim for the replacment shipment.


    Order is lost can you just send a duplicate?

    No. Carrier will not accept any responsibility for hardships caused by lost shipments. Contact BakeitBest@gmail.com immediately so that we can track your order. When you contact us we will need your name, product name and number .


    What if I have a claim?

    Claims will fall under the following categories:


    (1) Lost order,


    (2) Damaged merchandise,


    (3) Shortage on order,


    (4) Defective merchandise,


    (5) Wrong item sent,


    (6) Manufacture's Guarantee defect.

    What about damaged merchandise?

    If your package shows visiable damage upon reciept due to rough handling contact BakeitBest@gmail.com and report the damage. We will issue a replacement at your request.


     


    Is it safe to use my Credit Card to order ?

    Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone seeing your credit card number or information. This is a accomplished through pay-pal, and your credit card number is never on our computer system. So it's completely secure.


    How do I place an online order ?

    After you have found the product you want to purchase, click the  "add to cart button" you can continue to shop and add items as you go.  You can always remove any item from the shopping cart .


    I don't live in the U.S. can I order from you? Do you ship internationally?

    No, I'm sorry we are not set up for internationally shipping at this time.


    When will my order ship?

    Your order will ship within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment.  We will ship via UPS. Ground transit time is normally 7 to 10 days.


    How do I get a catalog?

    We do not  have a catalog. We only offer online product listing.
